Our History
Katrina Coleman established K Coleman Legal Document Preparation, LLC (KCLDP) in January 2007 and rebranded in February 2009. (KCLDP) is an innovative, dynamic business providing services that will establish the company as the premier provider of legal document, tax preparation multi-services nationwide. Ms. Coleman wanted to open a company that provided professional document, tax preparation, tax resolution, and multi-services to businesses, law firms, and individuals at an affordable cost. Ms. Coleman felt a legal document, tax preparation, and tax resolution multi* services company will be well suited to offer these services to the community and establish KCLDP niche as the “next-generation provider” of well-needed legal document, tax preparation multi-services.

With our exceptional team of Attorneys who practice in the judication in which they are licensed, Client Services and Document Support Specialists, KCLDP Research Specialist Department: who have a strong educational background and experience, who are highly qualified and knowledgeable in the various services we offered.
Our Attorneys litigates all our litigation and criminal trial services. Our Client Service and Document Support Specialist assists law firms in preparing and organizing various legal documents for upcoming cases and trials for their clients. Their main duties include preparing affidavits and correspondence, discussing case details with attorneys and clients if the firm prefers them to, and organizing different files for different legal proceedings, so we can satisfy our clients’ needs.

With over 25 years of experience in the legal and nursing industry, an MBA, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from an ABA accredited school, and a focus on customer service and satisfaction, Katrina has been able to provide a sense of both knowledge and safety to her community, without any of the intimidation that can come from the legal industry.

Over 25 years of litigation experience. Mr. Holden and Mrs. Pierce has litigated in areas of real property, civil litigation, employment, family, criminal defense, bankruptcy and collection, personal injury and torts, immigration, consumer protection, wills and probate, taxes and estate planning, and more in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virgina court systems. Because of Mr. Holden and Mrs. Pierce experience with the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia court systems. They are able to have an advance over their opponents. Mr. Holden and Mrs. Pierce has a strong association with the American Bar Association and works hard to make sure their clients are popularly represented and they upholds a professional relationship with their clients and co-workers.
